Over time, a thick layer of thatch—dead grass, moss, and organic debris—builds up beneath the surface, blocking water, oxygen, and nutrients from reaching the roots. This is especially common with builder’s turf, which often contains fescue grass that spreads through stolons and rhizomes, trapping moisture and stunting healthy growth.

Our scarifying service removes this buildup, clears out dead grass and moss, aerates the soil, and reseeds with premium perennial ryegrass. To give your lawn the best possible start, we also apply a nutrient-rich top dressing. With regular watering, in just 4–5 weeks, your lawn will be healthier, greener, and more resilient.
