Take control of weeds before they take over!
Your lawn could be struggling due to a hidden layer of thatch beneath the surface. This is especially common with builder’s turf, which is often made from fescue grass. While fescue is easy to roll and lay, it tends to grow above-ground runners (stolons) and underground shoots (rhizomes) that trap moisture and block essential nutrients, water, and oxygen from reaching the roots.
To fix this, we offer a full lawn rejuvenation service. First, we scarify the lawn to remove the thick layer of thatch, dead grass, and moss. Then we aerate the soil to improve drainage and root growth, overseed using perennial ryegrass — a tougher, low-thatch variety — and apply a nutrient-rich top dressing to help the new seed establish.
With regular watering, you’ll start to see fresh, healthy grass shooting through within 4-5 weeks, giving you a thicker, greener lawn that’s less prone to future issues.
